System to Streamline Business Goals
and Strengthen Performance

CLEVELAND, OH (June 21, 2021) – Banyan Technology, the industry leader in live carrier and API connectivity for transportation management, is proud to announce its recent implementation of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS®), created by EOS Worldwide. EOS is a set of concepts and practical tools that help businesses prepare for rapid growth by ensuring everyone in the company is working towards the same goal.

“I am extremely excited for Banyan Technology, our team of people, our customers and the future,” said Brian Smith, CEO of Banyan. “Now that we have launched the EOS Model and implemented it into our company and culture, we are ready to take this business to the next level. We have always had the technology, the product and the people in place, but now we have the system and the buy-in to help us grow in the right way.”

The Banyan Technology Management Team has been working with an EOS implementation specialist for nearly a year, but just recently rolled out the system to the entire organization. Part of the on-boarding process for management was to go through training on the system, establish core values and focus for the company, lay out a vision for the future, identify business processes, and bring heightened discipline and accountability into the organization.

“It was important to get the management team on board, set the expectations and be the example of EOS before rolling it out to the whole team,” Smith said. “This is going to help us ensure that we have the right people in the right roles and that we, as a whole, are living our core values every day.”

The EOS Model includes the Six Key Components™ that companies must manage and strengthen to be a great business. The components are identified as vision, people, data, process, traction and issues. Once these components are set, a company is able to implement the EOS Model into their business.

The benefits of implementing the EOS Model include ensuring your team is all on the same page and working toward the same goals, improved management of challenges and solving issues before they become problems, having the right people in the right roles, increased speed of execution and acting with purpose. While these benefits affect the organization internally, they also improve relationships with customers of businesses following the EOS Model. EOS companies are transparent, effective and proactive and with their clients.

“Investing in EOS is not just about Banyan, it is about ensuring we are delivering the best solution from the best people in an efficient and effective process for our clients and that is exactly what we are able to do,” Smith said. “EOS is not just helping us reach our company goals but allows us to help our customers reach their goals as well.”
